Skills2Learn have exhibited at the InstallerLive 2008 which was held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry between 9th-12th September 2008.
We were inundated with enquiries and faced a continuous stream of people asking to see demonstrations of our latest e-learning programmes. There was much interest in the Gas and Plumbing programmes not only from training institutions such as FE colleges and commercial centres but also SME’s and Self Employed operatives.
All were keen to get “hands on” practice of how Virtual Reality simulation could help them acquire new skills and blow away the cobwebs from some already covered.
Several large enterprises were also interested in the possibility of working with Skills2Learn in consortium to develop new programmes in industry-related subjects. Skills2learn have already developed e-learning programmes for Medical, Health and Safety, Electrical and Automotive and will soon be releasing a new programme for Solar.
There was no shortage of people wanting to be entered for the “Champagne Prize” which many will know is a regular event at shows attended by Skills2learn and the king size magnum was won by Steve Yates of R Yates and Co.
