Our Approach | Programme Structure

The content of our programmes aligns the knowledge and skills of your staff to your company’s main processes and procedures. Each programme consists of modules which are split into easy-to-manage sections, end tests and interactive scenarios. The programme can also contain other features allowing users to access support information in the form of PDFs, diagrams, glossaries and general help.

Users can access modules and sections at any time; their progress through the programme is recorded and can be easily reviewed. The programme’s book marking function enables users to pick up where they left off. Every page uses some form of interactive multimedia (audio, video, text or 2D/3D animation) to present the information in an engaging and informative way.

Our solutions incorporate both feedback to users on their ability to master the learning objectives and end-tests to measure that mastery. Feedback can be given immediately after users select their answers, and progress can be monitored and recorded. On completion of the end-tests, users will be given a feedback screen which may contain overall percentage, score break down and recommendation to re-study the relevant sections if necessary. There is also a print option of the final results.

Where necessary, 3D Simulators can be used to enhance the student’s knowledge and understanding of the subject. The students will be able to practise as many times as they like to master the training topics.
